I have been a fan of Jason Ott, since the first time I saw him. Since then, I have attended several of his, ‘All Request Shows’ with friends and have never been let down. Jason has played every song request we throw his way, (and some of them have been very old & odd) and he always makes the music fun for everyone.. people join in and sing along together and no one wants the music to end. We always have a great time!
Jason, is a very approachable, friendly guy, with an amazing voice, and some awesome guitar skills.. I’ve seen him play keyboard and harmonica too ! The man is multi-talented ! He brings an energy to his shows that make it easy to see., Jason clearly has a passion for music. Just listen to him play and I promise, you won’t be disappointed.- Gina

My husband and I have been going to Jason Ott’s Request Show for Friday night happy hour for several years now. It is always a blast!! He knows an unbelievable amount of songs and is continually leaning more. He can play just about anything song you can think of!
We were married last year and hired him for our wedding. He was so much fun, and extremely professional! He always responded quickly to any questions or requests that I had prior to the wedding. Personally we wanted a fun night with a lot of dancing. He knew the vibe and took requests from our friends and family all night, but made sure they fit the feel that we had discussed. I have known Jason Ott for close to 10 years. I have played in bands with Jason as well as enjoyed his single act.
It’s rare to find someone who not only seems to know nearly every song ever written in modern times, but someone who has the ability to deliver even complicated music with just his guitar and voice (like Bohemian Rhapsody!). Jason also has a unique ability to connect with the audience-making them feel part of the show-not just observers, but happy participants.
Jason’s all-request format is fairly unique. If you ask for a song, and he happens to not know it (which is rare), he will learn it for the next time you come. He uses cards that people fill out with the song title they would like to hear, and any comments they would like to include.
Any club or restaurant owner who opens their doors to Jason Ott will not be disappointed: not only does he put on a great show that people keep coming back to, he has quite a following, (from his singles show as well as being front man for the award winning Zeppelin tribute band ‘Dazed and Confused’), guaranteed to fill your seats. – Ken Gill
